When we experience things that leave us feeling lost, emotionally-distressed or stuck, we can all use a safe place to process, explore and heal. I see life as a journey and my hope is that we will work collaboratively to help you overcome the things that you are facing. The focus will be on meeting you where you are and listening to your story.

I am a Professional Clinical Counseling Intern with experience working with individuals, couples and families.  I hold Masters degrees from Nyack College and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and completed my graduate training working with children and adolescents and have provided counseling in church and college campus settings.  I practice psychodynamic attachment-based therapy and also incorporate cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) techniques.

I enjoy working with all types of people regarding relationship issues, life transitions, grief and loss, identity formation, depression, anxiety, and spiritual/ministry related issues and have a special interest in cross cultural issues.   Trained in the Prepare/Enrich curriculum, I am certified to provide pre-marital and marital counseling for couples.
